Acceptance of Terms
By paying the booking advance, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Service Offered
We provide a private theatre space for movies, gaming, or celebrations. We are a venue provider, not a content broadcaster. Guests are expected to log in with their own OTT accounts (Netflix, Prime, etc.).
Reservation and Payments
A compulsory advance of ₹1,000 is required to secure a slot. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Age and ID Policy
All bookings are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Decor and Celebration Policy
Strictly NO Party Poppers, Party Blasts, cold fire sparklers, glitter, or confetti are allowed inside the hall. Use of tape on walls is prohibited to prevent paint damage.
Alcohol and Smoking Policy
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Food and Catering
Outside food is allowed, but guests must inform us prior to arrival. Please note that a cleaning charge will apply for outside food.
Capacity and Safety
Maximum occupancy is [2-40] people. Guests must follow all fire safety and exit protocols.
Liability and Damages
CX De Party Guru is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Any damage to theatre property (screens, speakers, seating, or walls) will be charged to the customer at full repair or replacement cost.
Extension Policy
Extensions to your booked time are only possible if the next slot is empty and will be charged on an hourly basis.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bengaluru-Karnataka, India.
