Cancellation and Refund Policy
Introduction
This policy outlines the terms for cancelling or changing your booking at CX De Party Guru.
Cancellation Notice
To cancel a booking, guests must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot.
Cancellation Fees
The ₹1,000 advance booking fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the cost of blocking the slot and prevents “ghost” bookings.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is permitted once, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.
No Shows
If a guest fails to arrive for their slot without prior notice, the full advance is forfeited, and the slot will be released after 30 minutes of delay.
Force Majeure
In the event of power failures, technical glitches, or government restrictions, CX De Party Guru reserves the right to reschedule the booking or offer a full refund.
Changes to the Policy
Management reserves the right to modify refund terms at any time.
